A new construction project that includes six towhouses located at one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Baltimore city. VDS was brought into the project after the architectural plans were finalized. Our scope included full interior design/specification and some interior architecture efforts were required in order to enhance the previous layout. The model home designed by VDS received the urban modern approach, with clean lines, textures, and  movements that together created warmth to this practical, comfortable and beautiful city life style.  Four of the six houses were sold in one month after introduced to the market, including  the model home. Staging of the model was done by others.
