MUNDIN CONDO

 

This 3,000 sqft new construction luxury condo unit located in Sao Paulo, Brazil was presented to Valeria as an "open canvas". The Mundin's had just purchased their future home. The scope of the work was extensive starting from the raw interior block walls that created the perimeter of the unit. From that point, plans creating the open floor common areas  and the private rooms were provided along with full construction management. With the elegant ceiling details,  exotic marble selections, custom designed built ins, and the use of  internationally awarded furniture pieces VDS captured the clients vision, converting the interior block walls into Mundin's perfect combination of living within sophistication and comfort.
